  • Art for Our Nervous Systems as Practitioners and Program Leaders

May 27, 2026 from 10am-11:30am ET | Virtual over Zoom | Hosted by Pockets Change

Thanks to the generous funding of Coalition for Youth Development Intermediaries (CYDI)

Art for Our Nervous Systems is a space for practitioners and program leaders to slow down, make art, and reconnect with why we do this work 🎨.

Together, we’ll explore grounding practices that support the emotional labor of teaching financial resilience and Hip-Hop–based learning. We will cover activities for building community and personal capacity through creative arts and interpersonal neurobiology.

Participants will leave the session with community connections, new strategies for collective care, and curriculum for financial education and educator mental well-being.

  • 65th Financial Literacy & Economic Education Conference
