  • State of the Sector of Youth Development Conference

    April 14, 2026 | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Hosted by Youth Inc. | The CUNY Graduate Center

The Collaborative for Advancing Youth Development's full-day convening brings together youth development professionals from across New York City to tackle one of the most pressing questions facing the sector: how do we center the experiences of the people doing this work to build a workforce that can thrive? Through storytelling, creative expression, and collaborative action, attendees will reflect on the realities of the profession, connect lived experience to the workforce standards shaping afterschool, and develop actionable blueprints that bring the expertise in the room into direct conversation with the city's priorities for afterschool expansion.

  • Art for Our Nervous Systems as Practitioners and Program Leaders
